The famous quote, “It isn’t what you do, but how you do it” is one of Jessie’s core governing life principles. Not only does she champion her client’s dreams as if they were her own, her personal values of integrity, hard work and professional expertise have shaped her character, and in turn, how she approaches her work. Whether it be working together with other agents, analyzing the competitive landscape for the latest market trends, designing a well-staged home, managing the infinite number of timely details within a home purchase/sale transaction, or learning new strategies to advance her skills, Jessie will consistently go above and beyond to achieve the best possible outcome for her clients. She is also a proud member of the Falkner Cohen Group, a well-regarded team of seasoned industry professionals, who have offered the same caliber of comprehensive service to their clients in the Phoenix Metropolitan market for a combined total of 40 years.

Prior to her real estate pursuits, Jessie worked in corporate merchandising developing bed pillows for major retailers across the U.S. She was often accredited for her team leadership, exceptional project management skills, business acumen, creative marketing strategies and eagle-eye precision. As a former sleep scientist of sorts, Jessie understands there are many reasons to keep people awake at night, but an uncomfortable pillow and real estate worries don’t need to be one of them.

In addition to her enthusiasm for all things real estate, Jessie enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Adam, and their very fluffy arctic-bred dog, Cameron. They are originally from the Pacific Northwest, but traded in pines for palms when they relocated to the Valley of the Sun. Depending on the season, Jessie can either be found hiking with her boys, coasting through calm waters on a paddleboard, skiing a freshly groomed run, or exercising with a workout video. At her very core she is equal parts adventurist and home-body, an avid learner, a curious cook, obsessed with interior design, and tremendously mindful of her health and the well-being of others.
