Cody was born in Mesa, Arizona and spent his early years in Brainerd, Minnesota. He attended and graduated from North Dakota State University with a B.S. in University Studies.

He always knew he would be back in Arizona eventually, and studied with the intention of returning to Arizona after college.

Cody grew up the son of a General Contractor, so hard work was always expected, in the bitter cold of rural Minnesota. He has experience in drywalling, masonry, and finish carpentry, and his eye for detail helps him serve his clients at an educated level.

He moved back home to Scottsdale in 2012, and worked in membership sales for LifeTime Athletic Scottsdale, where he honed his communication and negotiation skills. He successfully transitioned to a Personal Trainer, and won Trainer of the Month three out of four months before leaving the company to pursue his dreams of being self-employed. Cody has been a hard worker his whole life and understands the challenges of customer service from years of owning his own successful business.

The current focus of Cody’s life is helping clients realize their dreams of home and investment ownership, as he gains personal experience with his own rentals. His goal is to build a solid foundation for he and for his partner, Monica and their Husky, Luna. Cody has plans to create a portfolio of luxury rental properties in Scottsdale, and will always own property in the beautiful state of Arizona.

He is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys mountain biking, hiking, and traveling with Monica.

Cody has experience as both a buyers ‘and sellers’ agent, and has worked in all corners of the Valley. Cody truly enjoys hunting down property for his clients as a buyers’ agent. He is creative and assertive, getting his offers accepted time and again in the most recent sellers’ market. He is excited to help you reach your goals!
