Valerie Falkner is a native Arizonan with deep roots in the local real estate community. Valerie graduated from Arizona State University in 1999 with degrees in both Business Management and Real Estate Development. Upon graduation, she also earned her Arizona Real Estate License.

Valerie started her career in commercial real estate financing with the Phoenix office of CBRE, financing office projects in Phoenix and Las Vegas from $1M to $15M. Valerie moved on to be a junior partner at KHOT Office Solutions where she brokered dental and medical practices and the office real estate that accompanied those practices.

From her development connections, she then launched the sales team at The Rocks Luxury Residence Club - a fractional ownership community in Troon next to the Four Seasons Resort.

Valerie's passion has always been for residential real estate, however, and she returned to work for Pulte Homes where she won the Top Salesperson award multiple times. She then moved to Downingtown, PA where she and her husband began raising several children. Valerie obtained her Pennsylvania Real Estate License there as well.

Family Is extremely important to Valerie, and she and her husband moved back to Arizona after several years so that they could raise their children within walking distance of her sister and family, and her parents. She then started her current iteration of her sales career in resale residential real estate at Keller Williams Realty, from there EXP Realty where she was a Team Mentor, and now her current brokerage of Desert Dream Realty.

Valerie takes a consultative approach with each client, truly learning their needs and then guiding them on the journey to reach their goals. She excels at modern marketing strategies to gain maximum exposure for her clients' properties via social media and video.

She loves design - especially mid-century modern and up-to-date translations of that vision. Valerie also Is a voracious reader especially of local indigenous history and historical fiction. She loves to cook for friends and family and try new wines and cheeses, and hike and bike with her kids.
